2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the oja68 platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. Any member found to be under the age of 21 will have their account permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
2.2 Residency. The oja68 platform is designed and operated primarily for residents of Indonesia. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are physically located in Indonesia and that your use of the platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to your specific location or circumstances.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are subject to legal guardianship, court-ordered gambling prohibitions, or who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling services must not register or use oja68.
2.4 Single Account. Each eligible individual may register only one account on oja68. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and balance forfeiture.
2.5 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false or misleading information, including a false date of birth or using another person's identity, is a material breach of these terms and may constitute fraud.
3.1 Registration Process. To access oja68's games and betting markets, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid username, password, email address, full legal name, date of birth, and Indonesian mobile number. All fields marked as required must be completed accurately.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any other person. oja68 will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel, including customer support.
3.3 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify oja68 customer support immediately at [email protected]. oja68 reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation.
3.4 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any outstanding real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
3.5 Account Closure by oja68. oja68 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — without prior notice — where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, identity misrepresentation, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4.1 Verification Requirement. All members are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. oja68 may also request KYC documentation at any other time in accordance with its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.
4.2 Accepted Documents. The following Indonesian government-issued documents are accepted for identity verification:

4.4 Processing Time. oja68 will endeavour to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving complete, legible documentation. Where additional clarification is required, the review period may be extended. Members will be notified of any outstanding requirements via their registered email address.
4.5 Refusal to Verify. If a member refuses to provide the required KYC documentation, or if the documents submitted are determined to be invalid, altered, or fraudulent, oja68 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing and close the account in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering protocols.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. oja68 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated via the deposit interface or upon request to customer support.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and partner banks) are typically credited to the member's account within two (2) minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited instantly. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to banking system maintenance.
5.4 Third-Party Deposits. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the member's own full legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account. Associated accounts may be subject to review.
5.5 Deposit Fees. oja68 does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. oja68 is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
5.6 Failed Deposits. If a deposit is not credited to your account within thirty (30) minutes, you should contact customer support with your transaction reference number and a screenshot of the payment confirmation. oja68 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposits as promptly as possible.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested once the member has completed KYC verification (see Clause 4). Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC approval will be placed on hold until verification is complete.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and may vary by account tier and verification status.
6.3 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the member's most recent deposit, in order to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. oja68 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the account.
6.4 Processing Time. oja68 targets a withdrawal processing time of under fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours (08.00–24.00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the earliest opportunity on the next business day. Complex cases requiring additional review may take up to 24 hours.
6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements (see Clause 7) before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus portion.
6.6 Withdrawal Fees. oja68 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawal transactions. Expedited processing requests, where available, may be subject to a fee disclosed at the time of the request.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 7.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each member is entitled to claim each specific promotional offer only once, unless the offer is explicitly designated as recurring (e.g., a weekly cashback or daily reload). Attempting to claim a one-time bonus multiple times — including via a duplicate account — constitutes bonus abuse.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. oja68 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other members to share bonus value, and exploiting promotional errors. Where bonus abuse is identified, oja68 reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, close the account, and withhold any balance pending investigation.
7.5 Withdrawal Order. Real money funds in a member's account will generally be used for wagering before bonus funds unless the member explicitly requests otherwise or the platform's interface indicates a different order. Members should review the balance breakdown displayed in their account dashboard before placing bets when both real money and bonus funds are present.
7.6 Expiry. Bonus funds not used within the validity period specified in the offer terms will automatically expire and be removed from the member's balance without further notice.
8.1 Game Rules. Where this is not possible, oja68's liability is limited to the stake amount of the interrupted round.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the oja68 platform. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
10.1 Ownership. All content on the oja68 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphic elements, game interfaces, software, text, images, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of oja68 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
10.2 Licence to Use. oja68 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform.
10.3 Restrictions. You must not copy, scrape, frame, mirror, republish, or otherwise reproduce any portion of the oja68 platform without prior written authorisation from oja68. Any unauthorised use of oja68's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11.1 No Warranty. The oja68 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While oja68 makes every effort to maintain uninterrupted, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, free from errors or viruses, or that game results will always be delivered without delay.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oja68 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if oja68 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 Maximum Liability Cap. In all circumstances, oja68's total liability to any member in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Force Majeure. oja68 shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure is caused by a Force Majeure event (as defined in Clause 1). oja68 will make reasonable efforts to restore normal service as quickly as possible following a Force Majeure event.
12.1 Age Restriction. oja68 is strictly an adults-only platform. Members must be 21 years of age or older. oja68 employs age verification procedures at registration and via KYC processes to enforce this requirement.
12.2 Self-Assessment. oja68 encourages all members to regularly assess their gaming behaviour. 14.2 Notice of Material Changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14.3 Responsibility to Review. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. oja68 is not obligated to notify members of minor corrections, typographical fixes, or clarifications that do not materially alter the substance of these terms.
15.1 Jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming regulatory standards and the laws of oja68's licensed operating jurisdiction. By using the platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.
15.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
